The Sentinel in Hout Bay from Chapmans Peak Drive. Chapmans Peak drive is a beautiful route that follows the contact between the granites and the base of the Table Mountain Group. The road was built by Italian prisoners of war during the Second World War (I think). Dungeons, the big wave surf site, is just below the sentinel.
Watercolour on 300gm Arches Cold Pressed – 37×57 cm.
